We’re On The Move!

Three Square Market and TurnKey Corrections are packing up and moving to River Falls, WI!  A new facility is currently being built in River Falls. The new headquarters is expected to be finished this winter. The headquarters will include a state of the art building, with a new warehouse, more office space, conference rooms, fun benefits such as an exercise room for all employees, and so much more!


With our companies growing fast, we knew it was time to expand our facilities. To get the ball rolling we held a groundbreaking ceremony that took place on May 23rd, 2016. 32Market and TurnKey Corrections came together with the city of River Falls to celebrate! Release Notes 3-15-16

Hello everyone!

We have recently made a few updates, changes and additions to our admin portal that we hope you will be as excited about as we are!

  1. Improvements on the Sales by Item report.
    1. We noticed a few inconsistencies in the sales by item report when sorting by category … So we fixed it!
  2. Warehouse admins now have the ability to view and edit user scan tags associated with their market.
  3. Market users will now see and have access to their Operators contact information including phone number when logging in to their account via
  4. Previously, operators only had the ability to refund users. Now operators will have the ability to charge users if the circumstance occurs.
  5. You can now select multiple stores on the All Store Transactions report.
  6. Foreign currency conversion rate will now be displayed on invoice reporting. Additionally, there is an option to convert in real-time.

Sandy Schoenthaler joins our sales team with over 30 years of knowledge and experience being a leader in the Food Service, Vending, Micro Market and Office Coffee Industry. Sandy comes to Three Square Market (32M) from more than four years as the Regional Manager at Taher Dining & Vending Services in Plymouth, MN. Previous to her work at Taher, Sandy most recently served as Regional Director for Canteen Vending as part of her 25 years with them. It is clear, from her past work experience, that Sandy has a very strong knowledge and passion for this industry.

Sandy has a strong knowledge of Merchandising, Marketing, Sales, Operation and Finance in the industry. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Accounting from the University of Wisconsin – River Falls. Additionally, Sandy serves as the Vice President of MAMC (Minnesota Automatic Merchandising Council), has been a long-time NAMA member, and is a proud member and supporter of many wellness committees and community programs. Sandy has won a multitude of awards over the years for her outstanding performance in her many different roles.

Thankful For …

Thanksgiving is coming up quickly and I can almost taste the feast! Turkey, stuffing, pumpkin pie … Can’t forget the parades and football, too! The celebration is delightful, however, it’s important to take a step back and remember what this holiday is truly about – giving thanks!


Why give thanks? Where did this holiday begin? You probably remember the story you were taught in grade school:

The Pilgrims sailed, on the Mayflower, from England, to escape religious persecution. They landed on Plymouth rock, over two months later, where they hardly survived their first year (half of them dying from the harsh winter and disease). Then, Squanto and the Wampanoag people taught them how to hunt, fish, plant crops, and survive in the area – allowing the Pilgrims to succeed with a bountiful harvest. They celebrated the first Thanksgiving in 1621 to give thanks for their harvest.


Although this version of the story is most commonly taught in schools, there are controversies about where the first Thanksgiving actually originated. “In 1565, Spanish explorer Pedro Menéndez de Avilé invited members of the Timucua tribe to dinner in St. Augustine, Florida, after a mass to thank God for his crew’s safe arrival. On December 4, 1619, when 38 British settlers reached Berkeley Hundred on the banks of Virginia’s James River, they read a proclamation to designate the date as ‘a day of thanksgiving to Almighty God’.” Some Native Americans believe that the story taught in schools portraits a false, friendly relationship between the Pilgrims and the Wampanoag people. There has been a long and bloody history of conflict between Native Americans and European settlers, resulting in millions of deaths. Thanksgiving, rather than a celebration, thus has become a commemoration and a “National Day of Mourning” for many people … And the list of stories continues.

Whatever you may believe, one thing is certain: being thankful is good for the soul. Maybe you are thankful for Squanto helping the Pilgrims, for the safety of your crew, for your God, or for those people who fought for your survival through the hardships endured by the Native American people … Maybe you’re thankful for loved ones, shelter, warm food, or laughter … Maybe you’re thankful for people who are willing to help, smile, share, or give … Take a moment during this holiday to think about what you’re thankful for and appreciate it.

  • You can generate residual sales before you even open your market! By offering an immediate credit to anyone that registers a new account you not only bypass down time at the kiosk due to new users signing up on opening day, but you also encourage their first purchase and return patronage. On top of that initial amount, extend an additional $ credit to anyone that funds their account prior to opening day! (Example: “Anyone that funds their account with $20 or more, before opening day of the market will receive an additional $3.00 credit to their account!”)
  • You can extend a discount percentage to all users, for any range of days that you specify!  You can even choose how you want to extend that discount – whether it’s to promote the mobile apps available, just at the kiosk, or both!
  • You can advertise sales for items you want to push, right on the kiosk screen!
  • You can offer a loyalty program that extends a percentage or dollar amount credit to account users that deposit a specified dollar amount!
